Die vorlesungsfreie Zeit hat Frau Prof. Dr. Zaharia gemeinsam mit der E-Business-Absolventin Elena Adolphs genutzt, um einen digitalen Vortrag zum Thema „Voice Commerce – Consumers ́ Acceptance of a Voice Commerce Application in FMCG in Germany, U.S. and U.K.“ auf der Human Computer Interaction International (HCII) 2021 zu halten.
In der Studie wurde die Akzeptanz einer Voice-Commerce-Anwendung im FMCG-Bereich auf Basis einer Befragung von Online-Shoppern (n = 824) in Deutschland, Großbritannien und den USA untersucht.
